Greetings
My name is Tara and I am a Birth & Postpartum Doula in NYC. I aim to provide inclusive, holistic support for parents-to be and their families. The birth of a child is one of the most amazing times in a someone's life and they should be able to embrace her strength to have their ideal birth.
I work with all families, LGBTQ+ persons, high-risk mamas and strive to provide culturally, spiritually and religiously inclusive care.
I am also a level II Reiki practitioner and can incorporate it into my practice.
